Having worked within the Food, Entertainment, Home & Gift categories, for over 20 years, I have enjoyed the change in pace and nuances of working with grocers to independent stores, the rapid growth of the digital channel and being an ambassador for British Manufacturing in emerging international markets. What I have learned and continue to experience is balancing the commercial challenges, with the broader people, sustainable, environmental and supply chain benefits of utilising the skills of British design, manufacturing and brand desire.
